LATE ARTWORK SUPPLY:
Artwork received after 2nd June but before 27th of June will be processed within the SECOND RELEASE production schedule and go on display by 1st August.

LATE BOOKINGS / ARTWORK SUPPLY:
Any bookings placed or artwork received after 26th June will be processed as quickly as possible but might be displayed after 3rd August, you will be advised on posting dates once we receive your artwork.

2Create Your Campaign
Create your campaign in the Campaign Manager. This will allow you to allocate products to a specific campaign. This step is necessary, as you'll have to select a campaign when adding products to the basket.
3Order Your Outdoor Advertising
See our full selection of Outdoor Advertising products for The Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Choose the advertising products you'd like to use for your campaign. Don't forget to consider buying spares in case of poster damage.
4Send us your artwork
To supply your artwork to us, please go to My Account section - you have to login to access it. Within that section, select your order and then upload artwork directly within the site. All artwork is directly linked to your order number. Please don't email or supply your artwork via file transfer services unless by prior agreement with us, as they might get lost / not be dealt with in timely manner as we are dealing with thousands of different artwork files.

5See your proof of posting
When you place your booking, we will confirm the proposed allocated placement of your posters, but please be aware this is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control between booking and fitting. Once your order has been installed, we have an online proof of posting system to show your order has been produced and put up on display in Edinburgh. This will also enable you to know where to find your posters and apply review stars / quotes where applicable.
Simply input your order number (supplied on your sales order confirmation and invoice too) and it displays a photo and location for all your posters.
